If you recently switched to Optus Australia's network (or one of the companies that uses Optus network such as TPG) and you are looking to find out how to access the internet from your phone, Optus provides a SMS service where they will send you the internet settings for your individual phone. This will include WAP, GPRS, MMS and Internet settings. You just need to go to http://optusau.wdsglobal.com/internet and enter your mobile phone details and your number. In a few seconds, you will receive an SMS with your settings and you can choose to save the access point straight away.
A new generation of mobile phones is hitting the market with nokia announcing the launch of three social media oriented phones. Among the three is the E5, looking very similar to the Nokia E72. Read more about this release here.
