Prove that stolen phone was yours with IMEI

Every mobile phone produced has an individual IMEI or serial number. To check what IMEI number your Nokia phone is, press *#06#.

Write this down and store it somewhere (not in your phone!) If something was to happen to your phone, you can report the stolen phone to police with the IMEI and if it is found, they can return it to you.

Also if your phone IS stolen, one would hope that you already set up your REMOTE LOCK feature! This allows you to lock your phone by sending a SMS to it.

This is how to turn off the camera sound on Nokia phones

How do you turn off the shutter sound on a Nokia camera phone? It's possible! But not using the existing Nokia camera program. You will need to use this program to take photos. cCam is in development and is free (for now).
