There is a virus going around which may affect your phone. One way to know that your phone has been hit by the "Curse of Silence" is when you cannot receive any sms. If you suspect that you may be affected, you can download an applicaiton from Nokia which enables you to clean your inbox of the virus. You can download this patch here.
There is no need to download the SMS Cleaner if you are not yet affected. Here's hoping none of you have received this virus but if you have, leave a comment and share your experience for the benefit of other readers / subscribers to MyE65.

ReplyDeletewell recently my nokia E71 stopped receiving sms. the only way i can get new incoming messages is by turning my phone off and back on again.
i'm going to give this patch a shot
